We starved Nut today.
Dinner was supposed to be at 8:30PM but Shari only arrived at my house at 8:30PM so poor Nut was left waiting for me until about 9PM.
Anyway, we went to Werner's at Changkat. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Leo-chan, my sister, NeeOn and Jiny. Leo-chan called me over and said "Don't order their special". Thanks for the heads up.
My only complain? It's too damn dark upstairs to see anything.
The food was good. I ordered a wild mushroom lasagna (because you know I love mushrooms) and it was good :) Nut ordered her duck pasta and Shari got some seafood thing.
Shari and I decided that we wouldn't order alcohol until after dinner but after dinner, we were so full we couldn't even think about the beef ball noodles down the road (Nut was, though).
I really wanted us all to take a picture together because it has been ages since we did that.
We snapped one and Shari says "Lyd's eyes aren't open".
I said "I'm SORRY for being CHINESE!"
I hope she was honest when she said it was a mistake.
Nut just laughed like a drain.
That was my night.
Visited my grandaunt today.
After the visit, sister and I went to Atria to check out some sale they had. It was bad.
So we went downstairs to the books :)
I bought a design book (for half the price) and I FINALLY bought Alice in Sunderland and for RM69.90 (as opposed to the Rm180++ in normal bookstores). Anyway, I can't even find it in normal bookstores anymore. I was gonna buy "Stop in the name of pants" but I didn't wanna ruin the collection by buying the really big one and they only had one really messed up copy of the size I wanted. *sigh*
I was afraid my Mum was gonna say "MORE BOOKS?!" because I was actually supposed to be there checking out clothes. Books top clothes anyday.
And this isn't the first time she's sent me off to a clothes sale only to find me coming home with books.
I can't draw males.
Anybody who has seen me draw, will know I only draw females.
Why I can't draw males, I don't know.
I tried yesterday.. it was succesful :)
Unfortunately, in YaoiLand, this dude will be a 'catcher' or as we say 'uke'.
ARGH! Why can't I draw men?
Anyway, I was playing FFVII and saw a monster that kinda looked like a jester.. it intrigued me and inspired me :D
