Initially, it was kinda 'meh' for me but after they showed the city.. I was leaping in excitement.
It appears as though the buildings are serving as the individual columns that hold up the giant platform above.

So this is Raiden as the ninja cyborg thing.
A complete machine.. I prefer this to his MGS2 appearance.
People complained about his appearance before... (too pretty boy, apparently) but I loved it and I love this even more now.
It appears as though he is wearing eyeliner. He should be a VK band guy.
