After years of delay, I finally watched Howl's Moving Castle. (Never read the book, I should do that)
And I love it~
Even my brother enjoyed the half that he watched.
I love the soundtrack, as usual. You just can't go wrong with Joe Hisaishi and Hayao Miyazaki together.
I knew I would cry, so I was trying really hard to hold it in.
And you know how one scene just breaks through your banks and it flows like Niagara?
I thought the scene to break my banks would be one full of heart wrenching sorrow and despair but NO.. it was the flower garden scene. Howl's secret garden.
And it was a joyful scene.
I have surmised that it wasn't the emotion of the scene but the beauty of both the scenery and the music that set me off.

After the show, I ran downstairs and literally threw my full weight through my brother's door and sniffed.
He looked at me all 'shocked-like' and said "WHAT?"
And then I started spoiling the story for him.

The only part that left me going "What the f?" were the credits.. when I read that Takuya Kimura voiced Howl.
Hahahahahaha.
Sorry.
I was thinking "Ah, nice voice"
I guess there is a difference when you take the face away from the voice, huh?
(Yes, I'm not a Takuya Kimura fan)

How did Howl's lose to Wallace and Gromit?
