Help me somebody!

I need help. I find coming into my blog utterly boring and I want background music to liven it up a bit!! The song I want to put is Dir en grey's Shinsou. (Plan-turn-you-all-into-Dir-en-Grey-fans commencing - There's three Shinsou tracks and they're all different. The one I want to put is the piano Shinsou which I think is Track 16. I think it's off the Kisou album). Anyway, the one thing I suck (really suck) at is putting background music. So...any kind soul want to help me out here??
