I have developed a very strange fascination for Marilyn Manson.
He's not as bad as people think he is. In fact, I think alot of things he says actually makes sense and mind you, I definitely do not think he is some devil worshipper. I don't know, it just seems like he isn't. I was reading quotes from him (don't ask me, I just happened upon it) and I was quite cracked up you see... XD
"I'm tired of people calling me a devil worshipper. It's kind of pointless you know. Because if the Devil did exist, he'd be worshipping me, because I'm more successful than he is. "
And the part where he was asked about what he would say to the two boys who practically gunned down their whole school in 1999 (Columbine High School?) he said "I wouldn't say a single word to them; I would listen to what they have to say, and that's what no one did". Apparently, these two guys were victims of typical bullying and that's what drove them to shoot their schoolmates and then themselves.
Anyway, I completely passed my birthday reading about Marilyn Manson. I wouldn't have known I was officially 18 if it wasn't for all the awesome friends wishing me! THANK YOU VERY MUCH. See y'all at the party tomorrow. ^_~
