I'm overloaded with work! Urgh. Serves me right for starting late (and partying all day yesterday).

I came home at 12 nearing 1 yesterday night and had to continue working on my model immediately. ARGH!

Anyway, we'll start from the beginning of yesterday (oh, such an eventful day). I went back to secondary school to watch the cheerleaders perform! The juniors were super fxcking good. Makes me look back at my junior year and blush.. -.-.. Anyway, the senior Assunta team didn't win but they got third. May Lyn, just like my year, yeah? Then me and SJ went off to Times Square and hung out, shopped, ate.. and all that. I bought this short short skull skirt. If I bend at 45 degrees, I'll show half my knickers to everybody who cares to look. I love it so bad! Then SJ and I rushed home to get ready for Good Charlotte's concert.

Okay, apparently everybody thinks I don't like Good Charlotte.
I'll explain myself. I don't hate Good Charlotte. I'm just not a fan of Keep Your Hands Off My Girl. That's MY opinion so don't go throwing tomatos at me. I'll throw them all back at you.

Anyway, I got a DiGi VIP pass, thanks to SJ's sim card. We reached the venue at around 5 thirty and we lined up at the VIP lane. I didn't know what was so special about the VIP pass and the seperated line, I just thought we'd get priority to enter first.. (Didn't give it much thought cause the thought of FINALLY seeing Billy clouded my mine). But, when the gates opened and I walked further into the closed up area, I saw this nice signboard which said 'DiGi VIP (Mosh Pit)->'. And one of SJ's friends turned around and went all 'O_O WE ARE IN THE FXCKING MOSH PIT!'... Well, something like that. I added in the profanity to emphasize a point. So, as we were getting our tags on our hands, the lady asked me if I was a Fu-Yoh user, and I said no. Then she asked May Yan and May Yan said yes, and the lady said 'Okay, you get to go backstage and meet Good Charlotte'. I think, if SJ and I were anymore violent then we already are, May Yan would be dead. We kept screaming in her general direction. SJ was bummed out cause she had her DiGi sim card in her wallet and her wallet was in her car. And they didn't let her go back out and get her sim card. Anyway, it's actually a blessing in disguise in my opnion, I'll let you know why in awhile.
So, we got into the mosh pit area, and found a spot RIGHT IN FRONT OF BILLY!!! HOLY FXCKING SHIT! I was soo hyped about it!
And then we rocked out so bad. It was fun jumping around although at one point, my shirt was so high up the only thing blocking it was my womanly assets (or lack of). I looked like porn on legs or something. But that's not the point.
When Billy started throwing his picks into the audience (which never really got very far, considering 3/4 of his picks landed on the floor a little before the fence we were all leaning on) the whole crowd kept reaching out trying to grab it. One landed right in front of SJ, and nobody noticed, so me and SJ were acting like loons trying to get the security's attention, and when we did, he picked up the pick and gave it to SJ.. We were screaming like GOONS then. The thought of Billy holding the pick a little while before nearly killed her I think. Then we tried getting one for me but the security guard didn't throw anymore near our area. He kept throwing it into the middle.
SJ told me to be patient and wait till everybody leaves... So I was.
Then, the moment the crowd started to disperse, this girl lifted her foot off to walk away and suddenly SJ bent down so quickly I didn't notice and nearly tripped over her. She appeared in front of me a split second later with a HUGE grin on her face and her hands opened to reveal Billy's pick. ^__________________________^y!!!!!!!!! I was so fxcking happy! Then we walked around to see if we could find somemore and I walked over to Benji's side and there was so much trash I couldn't see anything. So I kicked over this Fu-Yoh pamphlet and I saw this really scratched up triangular shape... I FOUND BENJI'S PICK.
I ran back and screamed for SJ to hear. I would have stayed around to help her find somemore (because I swear, there were more around ) but my mother and brother kept calling me asking me if I was out... My brother was there but he was in the normal area.

The concert itself was a real bomb. I had so much of fun. Benji said he wanted to marry us and have little Malaysian children. XD. And I heard this guy scream 'YEAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!!'. I'm not sure if I heard right.. XD.
Listening to The River live.. was soooooooo good! I didn't even care anymore that they didn't bring SynGates out.
Billy really looked SOOOO good! And we were so close that I noticed he had Jack (The Nightmare Before Christmas) tattoed on his arm. SJ and I like him even more now. XD.
Joel sounded quite good live. As in, really, I think he sounds more rock live compared to on tracks. His voice doesn't sound so smooth and poppy when it's live. I like that but others may fight me. XD
The bassist... I think his name is Paul, is it?(I'm sorry!!) Anyway, he was sweating like there was no tomorrow. Halfway through the set and his shirt was practically soaked through! XD. It was funny.. But he was good. Love his little part in The River.

Then the encore came and they sang I Just Wanna Live!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I nearly died! I was quite bummed when I didn't hear that song.. but when they emerged again for the encore and the starting came on.. I think I felt a little faint. XD I really do love that song. Too bad they didn't appear in their food outfits. I'd love to see a pizza sing.

So what did I get out of Good Charlotte's concert?

PICKS! From the guitarists!
And one heck of an experience.
I looked at that stage.. and I just KNEW I HAD to play on a stage like that one day.
It made me feel strange things just looking at the stage.
And Joel told us before a song, that no matter what, don't let other people tell you what to do, just do what you believe in.. And it really meant something for me. SJ looked over at me at that point and we both just grinned from ear to ear.
It was kinda like, what I've been trying to tell myself all these years. So, it meant alot for me.

And no, I'm still not a hardcore Good Charlotte fan. But I'll say I'm a fan. I've been a fan since I heard Lifestyles of the Rich and the Famous. And an even bigger fan since Boys and Girls.

My side of the stage got no love at all... -.- Joel only went to the center and the right. The left was so left out.. XD But Billy was serving as eye candy.. so all's fine. XD

Eeeek~ Need go eat dinner.
Today was crap.
Worked on my model all day.
Have to continue after dinner.
