No Rest for DIR EN GREY.
5 hints about their new shows in Japan.
On September 13th, DIR EN GREY kicked off their new tour titled"TOUR07 DOZING GREEN"at CLUB CITTA' ,KAWASAKI, located a little north down from TOKYO.
They have just finished their EUROPE tour in the middle of August, and got into studio right after that to complete their new single"DOZING GREEN." These facts mean that the band had no rest after the EUROPE tour, and not much time for rehearsing for this new tour. Nevertheless, they did a great show in front of 1,300 hungry Japanese fans.
It might be a little too early to inform you about the new stage-set or new set-list, because too much information sometimes kills the imagination and creates a hindrance to enjoying great thrills. But the band is willing to give some hints about this new tour for all you international fans, so please check the list below. These were things that happened at the September 13 show.
[1] The band played their new single"DOZING GREEN"in the middle of the show without any announcement.
[2] The introduction music for the show was totally new.
[3] They had a new back-drop behind them too.
[4] The set-list was compiled with many songs from their latest album"THE MARROW OF A BONE", but it also included some songs which they've never played for many years.
[5] The band played 3 songs from the 2000 album"MACABRE".
The show was so different since the last tour, and I would say this is something that we can see now but we'll never be able to see again. At the same time, I am pretty sure that every show on this tour turns out to be different.
This tour continues until October 20th, and afterwards, "DOZING GREEN"single will be unleashed in JAPAN on October 24th, and just a week after that, the band will fly back to UK to start the second EUROPE tour for this year. After finishing that tour, the band will play with LINKIN PARK in Japan.
Yes, it seems that DIR EN GREY will have no rest until next year.

Read #4 and #5! Aaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell me they played Hotarubi!! Hotarubi!! Or Myaku!! I practically died when I read it! More like, I DIED! And their new single Dozing Green has a new version of Hydra! *is jumping* I'm still getting over the fact that they've not forgotten Macabre. I'm proud of them :) I love Macabre and Gauze. Though, I'd kinda prefer it if they played songs off Gauze instead. Cause Gauze had Raison D'etre and Cage. But Hotarubi is good too! :D I want them to play Hotarubi!
And #2 says that they've changed the intro song? No more G.D.S? :( I hope they have a better song then. Lol! G.D.S~ XD I love that song.
And a girl on LJ tattoo-ed the lyrics 'I've got four screws loose in my head, isn't that romantic' from Egnirys Cimredopyh on her HEAD. Awesome. She's my new hero. XD
On to the real post.. I went to KLCC today with SJ. I died waking up. XD I spent the night watching videos on YouTube.
I'm finally 50% close to clearing up that little shelf in Kinokuniya's storage room. :)
Did you know Hard Gay is MARRIED?! O_O I always knew he wasn't gay for real but... he's married to Anna Suzuki! That bikini model! XD But he's crazy, so you just have to believe everything he does. Anyway, you hardly see stuff from him since his marriage. I even found a picture of him WITHOUT his stupid sunglasses and hat! And I saw his wedding picture. Oh God, he actually looks pretty decent without the glasses and hat (and when he's not hip thrusting around Tokyo).

While we were in Kinokuniya, we bumped across this magazine with Avenged Sevenfold in it. It was a live report of their show in Japan (the one they went to after the show in Singapore). There were TWO pictures of Synyster Gates. Too little, I think but it's enough. Man~ His new haircut! :D I kinda liked him with his long hair, bandana and fedora hat. But this is good too. Cause he's just hot no matter what. XD I do sense an increase in the belly front.
It has come to my attention (unwillingly) that people think I'm a 'kaki botol'. Or as English would put it, alcoholic. I'll defend myself here. I'm not a bloody alcoholic. I just like drinking. Is that so bad? It's not as if I drink just to get myself smashed. I drink for fun and I know my limit. So to all other people out there who thinks I'm some stupid alcoholic but hasn't told me... don't.
Anyway, now that that's over with, I haven't drank with my friends in a long time. Who's up for it? Nee On asked whether I'm gonna have another alcohol party this year... He failed to remember it was originally a BARBECUE. Lol~ But no more eating parties this year. Man, the cleaning up after is horrible. Of course, this year, everybody MUST camwhore no matter what. It's prohibited to attend without looking good. XD
I'm a month away from my birthday. It's so scary. I can't imagine being 19. o_o. It's really freaky. This year passed so fast. And this year was eventful for me. Too many things happened this year that changed me. Now I'm turning 19. Another year. I'm scared! I don't wanna grow up T_T~ Attack of my Peter Pan Syndrome-ness.
