Today was supposed to be another 12 hour work fest but it was not. We both worked the standard 8 hours because I had to go off early because my family was having dinner together to celebrate my oldest sister's birthday.
Another uneventful day. I swear, there is a whole lot of bratty kids who walk into the shop. Seriously. They are undeveloped (chest wise and brain wise) and have absolutely NO height to speak of and they look like they aren't old enough to be let loose on their own and YET, they want to wear dresses that look 'mature' and 'old'. Seriously. Do they really think they'll fill out the chest area? And they're SO rude to their parents sometimes, I really wonder WHY their parents STILL want to buy clothes for them. If I talked to my parents that way, they'll just walk off and leave me. Seriously.
Parents these days are ruining the future generation.
There's a bench outside the shop and I swear, the craziest events take place there. For real.
Take today for instance, there was a bunch of guys around that bench and I was sitting on the floor not looking and I just heard the obnoxious laughter and of course it pissed me off (cause I HATE it when guys laugh like that) so I asked Claire 'What's up with the obnoxious laughter?' and the reply was VERY unexpected. She said 'There's a bunch of guys trying to move the bench'. ._. What? Moving the bench? For what reason? Feng shui not good?
Seriously. And then they saw Claire staring at them and they were all 'Oh, people are looking at us'. No shit?

Anyway, my parents chose 1Utama for dinner which was okay since I didn't need to drive home and rush. After dinner, my sister needed to get some stuff so we walked around a little and I realised that I miss being the shopper buying things and not the one SELLING! Seriously, I felt so happy just walking around and walking into different shops. Even though I looked like crap. I saw a Roxy bikini that I liked. I don't really like Roxy that much but this bikini was nice. Argh! Need my pay. Soon!
I walked into Diva and mentally spent my pay. I love their earrings and necklaces!

During one of my loony moments in the shop, I suddenly started hitting Claire, who was seated on the floor, going 'Get up Claire, get up!' while looking out the door. She thought I've spotted another cute guy and immediately dashed to see. Meanwhile, I was laughing my insides out. It took her awhile to notice I lied to her and she came back behind the desk and attacked me and I was defending myself when she said 'Lyd! Mr. Lew!' and I looked in the direction she pointed at. Yeap, you guessed it. She lied to me too. Payback.
I need a new book.
I swear I do.

There's this really misleading sign at the shop door. It says 'RM49.00' and in small print at the bottom right 'onwards'. And I've noticed that EVERY couple who walks by, the husband will yell out 'FORTY NINE BUCKS!' and the wife will say 'ONWARDS'. Hahaha! Half the people who walk in get duped by the sign. Seriously. I find it really funny.
And sometimes, I wonder why people are so strange. I've never seen my friends, their parents, my parents, my siblings or anybody walk into a store in a mall and ask 'Is there discount for this?'. And it's just ONE dress. Some people are so blunt! They'll just ask whether there's a sale and when you say 'No' they'll say 'Oh, I'll just come back during sales. When's the sales?'. Seriously!
