Yesterday was the party.
Not too sure what went down but there was a whole lotta yelling, shouting, clowning, dancing and drinking... and oh yeah, some people got abused by the plastic boppers they gave us before midnight. (Boppers being the things that go 'bop bop bop')
The only one who got some action was Raymond who, through my drunken, blurry view, got a nice one planted on his smacker by Phillip.. I don't think I was THAT drunk to hallucinate that scene.
The thing that did me in was the last mug.. where, some idiot thought it was a good idea to bottoms up. Didn't kill me as much as the time I bottoms up-ed whiskey with my grandma but it made me feel queasy. So I danced it off. It always works. Trick I learned from Nut.
(I think it's funny how the one person who doesn't drink taught me a trick about drinking)
Then came the countdown, 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2----1~! And the DJ started playing 'Tanggal 31'.
I think I will not live to see another day where people dance like maniacs to that song.
The boppers went 'bop bop' and I was wondering why the bopping became more intense.. only to turn and realise that my friends ushered in Merdeka by hitting their friends with the boppers... so I joined in.
It is always fun to abuse friends.
Anyway, after that the party went crazy.
And we all went home at around 1-2AM because some people couldn't stay out too late.
:( Gonna miss them crazy people.

And I cannot believe that the few of them was so surprised when I said I used to be cheer captain.
What?!
That's the ONE thing everybody knows because I never fail to mention it.. (Only because it is possibly the one paradox no one will expect and because I'm proud I made it as captain)
They were trying to do elevations and failing at it so I went up to tell them where they were going wrong... in local terms it is referred to as 'beh tahan'.
So someone asked me something to the effect of 'How do you know?'
And I said 'Because I used to be captain'
And the reaction was loud. LOUD.
Urgh.. teaching people how to do elevations was the worst for me because I was a spotter and had to teach people without showing them how.. which was quite disastrous.

I'm thinking that there will be some virtual reminiscing tonight... in the form of a blogpost.

I'm listening to Tarja Turunen's album.
It's beautiful.
Her voice is amazing.
I love Oasis.
Everybody should go listen.
