It's the most COMMERCIALISED time of the year (including Valentines)

MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYBODY!!

My day started with going to my church's Christmas service. Honestly, I have nothing against freedom of worship, seriously, I don't but this morning's worship was the LAMEST thing I've ever seen. If you were there with me (my friends who are actually on the same wavelength as me) you would totally agree. It was so lame, I wouldn't even repeat it. I don't mean lame worshipping or singing.. I mean lame 'skits' they come up with and what's up with that whole angel / wisemen / whatever other men imitation?

Then, we came home and the present opening started!~ :)
My oldest sister bought me the penguin and the polar bear to complete the set with the reindeer Nat gave me!! \o\ \o/ /o/
I named the penguin Paggers of course... the reindeer is Roodie right now (don't ask). I just don't know what to name the polar bear :( My Mum said name it 'Paula'... you know, 'Polar'.. -.- This is where I got my lame-osity from.
My brother suspected I got him the Hayabusa model (the 'fix-it-yourself' sort) but I guess he was happy when he found out I really got it for him. I shouldn't get him what he wants next time. He finished it within an hour of opening it. But the detail work on that model is amazing, seriously. I don't wonder about the money I paid for it now.
I also guess my grandmother was happy with the grape seed oil body gel thing I got for her. I really liked how it smelled (asked SJ, she was there when I got it) and seriously, it was the only thing practical and appropriate enough to get my grandmother. My oldest sister got her a cocoa butter moisturizer thing from The Body Shop.
I got my Mum a Snoopy aluminium bottle. I don't know why. I saw the word 'bonk' on the bottle and just thought of my Mum. She tends to like Snoopy :)
Got my oldest sister a Kokeshi doll. Was walking with my brother in a complex (won't say where) when we caught sight of it and went 'AMELIA JIE!!'. So I just got it for her.
Got my second sister a phone strap keychain thing. It is NOT cheap. Let me just tell you that. It was SO NOT cheap.
The four of us got my Dad a nice silver pen. :) Was definitely not something I would get if I was buying it solo, you know, due to budget problems and stuff but with the four of us.. we managed :) As expected, he said 'Don't waste your money' 'I don't use pens like this cause I'm afraid I'll lose them' 'This is expensive, you know, what for?' but I think he liked it. Cause when I replied 'Okay! We'll get you the refill next year' to his 'wasting money' line, he laughed :) And he seemed really interested when we told him we got his name engraved on the pen... and smiled when he found the name too :)

I had to rush out to Giant for broccoli halfway through and when I came home, Leo-chan was over with the roast beef and lamb... and the potatoes *salivates*.
Then I had to do the garlic bread and mashed potatoes.
Meanwhile, my two grandaunts were heading over and they arrived at around 6 PM.
After a whole day of being hungry and pinching.. we finally ate!!
:)
In the end, I would say, I was disappointed in the amount that I ate. Seriously. I don't know if it was because there were TONS of meat... but I'm definitely going to blame it on the wine.
Beef/Turkey sandwiches for tomorrow!! :)

I'm super sleepy now.
Was posing with my brother and the camera the whole time...it's stupid -.-
Have some crazy shots with the wine bottle.
I'm probably gonna go sleep after surfing a little.. and reading up about the origins of Rudolph.
See y'all.
Merry Christmas again! (though it's over)
