I don't feel well.. I reckon I'm gonna fall sick very, very soon.
Again.
*sigh*
Went out with Mum and both sisters to get our hair cut. Mine's shorter now :)
Came home for some tea and then sisters and me went out to Bangsar to do stuff.
Came home for dinner and then brother, oldest sister and I went to The Curve for more stuff.
The jam on the way home was ridiculous! Someone crashed their car in the underpass at the Ikano junction. Brilliance, I tell you!
SJ called me and said her brother knows someone in Bangkok and he can help us buy tickets for X-Japan.
She said pre-sale tickets were sold on the 5th of September. What makes someone important enough to buy 'pre-sale' tickets? That's so unfair!
Anyway, we're keeping our eyes opened! :D :D
I'm so excited. My brother said that he will loanshark me some money if I don't have enough come that time.
Just finished watching Edward Scissorhands. No matter how many times I watch that damn movie, I always end up crying. Even if I can tell in full detail what's going to happen.
Ah, this is why I stick to comedies and horror.
Though, I've sworn off all horror to further improve my mental health :)
Before, I would've named 'Saw' as my all time favourite movie but now, I'll just say The Corpse Bride. Hm, I haven't watched Saw IV....

Erk, mosquito infestation.
Woke up at 3PM today. I'm a little piggy. *snort oink*
Sister, brother and I went to Pavilion at 4 something to feed some fish :D
Fish spa~ So fun.
Initially, my brother did not wanna feed the fish but my Mum called while we were on the way and said that my brother has alot of 'unwanted' skin so he better put his feet in.
All he had to say was "Ah, shit. She knows".
His face was a riot again. Too bad I didn't record it on video.
This time round, we had our distractions.
Brother was playing his PSP, my sister has brand new games in her iPod Touch and I had my DS. I nearly dropped my stylus into the water. Thank God I caught it in time. Or I would have had to brave the fish and put my hand in (which isn't allowed).
I had to refrain from spending money today. Anything to save for Bangkok.. which I am DEFINITELY going for!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I saw the most awesome Marc Jacobs bag. It was purple with some metal bits.. RM2899!
If I had money, I would've gotten it but I'm saving for Bangkok.
What's a skillet?
SJ told me that she has been listening to some Marilyn Manson lately. Good, good. Finally!
After I said "I TOLD YOU HE WAS GOOD" she reminded me of the first time I MADE her listen to Dir en grey.
She wanted to watch a video so I told her to watch Myaku. INSTEAD, she decided to be a smart-y pants and watch Obscure. (Obscure is the one with the HUGE moving dick, naked geishas, the head, the baby on the tree, Die digging his heart out, Kaoru shoving a pole through his throat etc.). Next day, at 7AM she says, "EW! I'm NEVER watching your Dir en grey anymore!".
Few weeks later, she bounces into school yelling about Kaoru being hot and Cage and Raison D'etre being nice songs.
Like I said then, "Told ya!"
Ah, school. Don't miss it at all.
Don't miss getting into trouble, don't really miss the people, don't miss the subjects, don't miss the teachers, don't miss the lack of grass, don't miss the lack of opinion and brains, don't miss the groping, don't miss the communist regime, don't miss the early mornings, don't miss the uniform, don't miss the public displays of affection, don't miss the bitching, don't miss the self-inflicted drama, don't miss standing outside the class, don't miss sneaking out of classes, don't miss insulting the teachers...
What I do miss are phones ringing during assembly, principal shouting into microphone because SOMEBODY always turns the volume down, sleeping in class, pissing teachers off, shoving handphones down bras or panties during weekly checks, free-periods, hiding Nut's maths book and making her hunt for it, throwing 'Nut loves Lee' notes into her books and bag, copying SJ's homework every morning, doodling on posters, glaring at Shari after another 'Lydia joke' and of course, lying to Nut and Shari to get them out of class so we could read their top-secret 'book'.
Most of what I miss are still happening now so there's not much to miss after all.
I'm completely obsessed with Hump Da Bump again.
Red Hot Chilli Peppers is good shit.
I remember when I first heard the song, I decided to start dancing and unfortunately, my dance included lots of unnecessary hip thrusts.. I forgot who I was with but you should have seen the dude's face. Hahahahahahaha!!
At least I was not dancing to 'Sex Bomb'. Seriously.
Ah! Crab shit! I have to go to Bangkok!!

Fxcking unreal.
Just got off the phone with SJ.
It took us all our energy to NOT scream/shout/leap about/yell/laugh out loud/etc. because it was in the middle of the night.
Of ALL the bands that we share an interest in, X Japan is the only band that we've never said 'Imagine if we have a chance to watch them live?' because it was just never thought possible. I mean, hide is dead, Toshi was virtually missing, Yoshiki was in L.A, Pata and Heath had other music projects, it just didn't seem possible.
And then, the reunion came and we still did not think it was possible.
We just said 'YES! NEW RECORD! HELL YES!'.
And now this.
Honestly, what next? My heart cannot take it.
I half expect them to cancel it at a last minute saying it was a mistake.
When I first listened to Crucify My Love in 2001, I never, ever thought this day will come.

"When I said we, you know I meant me"
So, Japanese class was just over and I was waiting for my sister to meet me and go for dinner together with her and her classmates.
Came down, she did and we set off to meet with the others.
When we met the others, one of them said,
"Hey, you guys wanna go X-Japan's concert in Bangkok?" (or something similar)
I say,
"What?"
Sister says,
"Really??"
He says,
"Yeah, sometime early January"
I say,
"I NAK PERGI!!!" (Because I was highly emotional, I spoke in Malay)
Right now, I'm checking to see if it's REAL.
Cause, you know how skeptical you can get when a fxcking dream comes true.
Anyway, group project has been shittier than shit.
Firstly, everybody speaks in Mandarin.. which I understand but I tend to tune out after awhile which leads to misunderstandings.
Secondly, I feel that 40 fxcking people in one damn group is too many people. It's like a classroom.
HOLY FXCK IT'S TRUE!!!!!!!
THEY ARE PERFORMING IN BANGKOK ON THE 31ST OF JANUARY 2009
OH MY HOLY LORD!!
*ahem*
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHH!
*ahem*
OH MY LORD OH MY LORD. I CANNOT BELIEVE THIS.
Oh shit, I forgot to un-capslock my keyboard. But who cares, X Japan is gonna be performing in Bangkok and there's a chance that I can go.
Shit, I feel like any moment now my Mum is gonna smack my bum and say 'Wake up, girl! You're late for school!!' or something.
I want, no NEED, I NEED TO GO.
This is a do or die situation for me.
There might not be another chance.
I have to go.
I have to go.
I have to go.
I don't need to feed myself. I'm saving up to go.
Starting from tomorrow.
I cannot begin to imagine what it'd be like watching them play live.
I really can't.
Pinch me, right now.

Glass Skin
Am I the only one happy and excited it's finally out and am I the only one who thinks it sounds great??
Seriously, people are so emotional and anal about everything.
Just because it's not your 'style' or you prefer their Visual Kei era doesn't give you the right to diss the music. Honestly, they're the ones composing so they should have the right to compose and play in any way they want.
It happens everytime a new single or album comes out.
The fanbase online just reeks with sarcasm.
Why can't people just play nice and not say anything if you've got nothing nice to say?
I'm not saying I absolutely LOVE every single damn track they put out, in fact, sometimes I listen to their music and think 'What the heck?' but I don't go around being rude about it.
Everytime I go online to watch a new PV, the comments always manage to burst my bubble.
Ish.
Anyway, the PV is so-so. I'm not jumping up and down my seat.. maybe it's because the song is not as heavy as Dozing Green or the others before.
Although it's not as heavy, I'm quite glad to hear Kyo sing for the entire song and not scream. BUT, although it's nice to hear him sing again, I prefer the live version (that was leaked on the net a few weeks before) because there was way more emotion in his voice. Kyo's voice has obviously been controlled and tweaked on the recorded version cause everything was a little too smooth to be Kyo.
What I like about Kyo is the fact that his voice is not the best there is out there but he means what he sings and you can tell... but you can't tell with the recorded version.
Oh, something about the PV has seriously grossed me out. You know that white blob with the opening in it... Is that an eye.. or a vagina? Honestly.. cause things start to come out of it at the end and Ivan just absolutely died... along with me.
Other than that.. at 3 minutes and 13 seconds into the PV, there's this great shot of Toshiya.. from underneath. :D Damnit, stupid pants in the way.
Also, damn that director knows how to tease the fangirls... eh? Notice how it wasn't THAT closed up when it came to Kaoru and Die? And Shinya was obviously sitting down..

Seriously now, where ARE my shoes??
Did abit of exercise in Bangsar today... those stairs are torture.
There wasn't anything much that grabbed my attention.. I just bought one black top (again).
I did see a pair of wedges that were nice and high but after thinking about it, I decided not to get it. Wow! Resistance.
Also threaded my furry eyebrows. I swear, if I don't thread it after two or three weeks, I can hide a hedgehog in there and no one will realise.
It was so freaking hot.. I think I melted a little. I'm not good with this heat thing.
While standing in the heat, complaining about the heat, we decided to head for some ice-cream. Baskin Robbins! Mmm~ :D
Then we headed home cause there wasn't anything much.
I intend to go out tomorrow... I intend to go out everyday before school starts.
ARGH!!
College starts on Monday!!
Which reminds me, I needa pay my fees. Claireeey, have you paid yours?
Do we have a deadline this time?
Oh Nut, this is the 'bandaraya fish' from my Grandma's house in Ipoh. Remember the size of the guppies? Yeah, compare.

I had to stake out in front of the pond in total silence at 9AM in the morning cause these fishes only come out in the morning and they swim off when there's noise.
Why did I stake out in front of the pond for a picture of the fish??
Cause my brother claimed he saw a humongous 'bandaraya fish' in my Grandma's pond that was like "THIS BIG" and nobody believed him. (Only because we didn't even know there was such a fish in there).
So, I thought I'd lend him a hand since I had to wake up early for breakfast.
And there wasn't only one, there are three.
I want new jeans...

I have compiled a list of places that I have to see before I die (Shit, that's scary).
-Nazca Lines, Peru.
-Kiyomizu-dera, Kyoto, Japan. (And try jumping off that veranda)
-Neuschwanstein Castle, Germany. (And attempt to illegally photograph the place)
-Hagia Sophia, Turkey. (To discover the paintings under the white paint)
-Stonehenge, UK. (And do like the druids do)
-Pyramids, Egypt. (Find some mummies and curses)
-St. Basil's Cathedral, Russia. (To take a bite out of the candy domes)
-Winchester Mystery House, California. (Walk up the stairs leading to nowhere)
-Petra, Jordan (Like Indiana Jones!)
-...I forgot the rest.
And I even have a few places that I know I'll never get to see but I want to.
-The cosmic web
-A planet with human life
-Statue of Zeus at Olympia
-Any black hole.. from a distance
-Santa's Factory
-The Hanging Gardens of Babylon
-The city of Lydia (T_T My motherland)
-Solomon's Temple
-Jesus' manger
:D
And it gets longer everyday.
If you're interested, read up on the Temple of Artemis at Ephesus.
It was built by the Persians, Greeks and LYDIANS.
HAHAHAHAHAHA!
My people rock!!
Go, Lydians!
And then it was destroyed in 356BC and rebuilt by Alexander the Great only to be destroyed again in 409AD by the Goths. Ah, damn these Goths.
Lydia... doesn't my name seem so weird to you?
It's so weird!!
Gosh.
Oh my gosh.
An ancient Celtic religion is called BARD.
Do not talk to me about bards right now. Seriously.

Woke up this morning with the worst cramps I've ever experienced in my life. And I'm still hurting even now. I wish I wasn't a girl at times like this... but then you think of the shoes a girl can wear and it's all better :)
Speaking of shoes, I'm missing a pair of shoes!!
It's the worst thing to ever happen to me. Don't tell me I've got THAT many that I can't even locate a pair??
I realised this when I wanted to wear my purple lace heels to go out and try as I might, I just couldn't find them in any box. Which, obviously, sent me into a frenzy. I dragged the frenzy into the house where I practically tore the house down and still no shoes.
Then, my Mum finally decided that there was something wrong with me and decided to ask me what the hell was my problem. I told her I was missing a pair of shoes and she told me I wasn't. Then, she dragged me back out the door and opened the shoe cupboard. Try as SHE might, she couldn't find it.
Now, I want to know WHO STOLE MY SHOES!?!?
That's my favourite pair of heels too.
Though, I still have about 11 pairs... but that one is purple!
Seriously, don't mess with my shoes.
It angers the living hell out of me.
Ooh, have you guys watched the Tokyo Dance Trooper?
This guy walks around Tokyo and dances in a Storm Trooper costume (straight out of Star Wars). I've been watching his antics for a few months now and never fail to laugh. This guy has balls, I'll tell you that.
Anyway, I tuned in to CNN for my daily dose of news the other day with my grandma and I saw him.. on CNN! Dancing for the world to see. And then, they said 'he goes by another name, son of Jimmy Choo'. And I'm like 'WHAT?'. I think my outburst shocked my grandma. I knew he was Danny Choo but I never linked him to THE Jimmy Choo. I do not know if the shock was because this dancing Storm Trooper is the son of the designer of that awesome pair of boots that I want or because they filmed Jimmy Choo in his studio and there were SO MANY pairs of heels that could make me faint.
Either way, I was pleasantly surprised.
I was gonna embed the video here but as usual, I'm too lazy. Just go to YouTube and search out 'tokyostormtrooper'. That's his channel.
And the other thing you should notice is how the Japanese walk by the dancing Storm Trooper nonchalantly. Like it happens everyday and they're used to it. Here, the kids will kick you, cars will stop and stare, pedestrians will stand for hours watching you, people will throw stones at you trying to get a reaction (and for you to stop dancing) and eventually, the police will come and haul your ass away because you're obstructing traffic.
Which is why I like Japan... cause I still remember staring in shock at the strange things I saw while walking the roads of Shibuya or Shinjuku when I was there. I particularly remember a hide cosplayer when my Dad brought us to Harajuku.
Well, hopefully, I'll be able to go back there soon :)
I'm not even gonna comment on the current state of affairs in our country.
Everybody's running around like headless chickens shouting and yelling at everybody that comes in the way. Citizens are being treated as nothing more than children with no ability to know and choose what is best for themselves. The authority has assumed that they know what is our 'best interests'.
Like Victoria's father said in The Corpse Bride, "It's a sad, sad state of affairs"
Oh well, let's hope that everything ends well or there might be an exodus. XD

I just realised something very scary...
I'm reverting back to my old sef!
I'm re-becoming an introvert!
Oh maan.
But, there's some comfort in this.. :) Though, I never liked being an introvert (not one bit) but I've always been one and will apparently, continue being one. It's just something I do SO well!
Why do I say I'm an introvert again?
Lately, all I do is sit in front of my computer and play computer games, blog and NOT chat.
I watch movies on my computer and I don't talk to anybody except when it comes to meal times or the occasional TV times.
I'm not watching TV as much as I'd like to because I can't seem to conjure up the mood to watch TV.
All I do is sit here, rant about my inability to beat a game, talk to Ivan, download movies and music while occasionally picking up my DS to play. Can you imagine what would become of me if I do buy a PSP for myself? How much damage will that do to my social life??
I'll say it this once and I'll say it again... I'm quite a geek if you really get to know me :) As if I don't already look like one (not that I mind that much) but I really am one.
I make more blunders a day than one does in an entire lifetime and I fear for my children if I ever have any. Now, all I need to do to make myself more hidden away from life is to shift my bass and amps out of my room and plug them up near my computer. That way, I don't have to move away from my chair. Hmm, that's quite a good idea, eh?
Schools starting next Monday. I'm not looking forward to it. There's gonna be so much more people joining my class and I'm not looking forward to seeing so many unknown faces. As everybody knows, I don't work well with meeting new people. Half the time I stop smiling and look at them (it may not look it but I'm actually analyzing them) in this odd manner and then we'll have the whole 'Lydia's so bitchy' fiasco again. Happens all the time and I pray like hell that I'll be able to avoid it.
So, it's pretty much confirmed. My Dad will be going to Cambodia to work.
My Dad is not good at working away from our family, just so you know. Although, he says he'll come back every two weeks, I'm telling you, he won't last very long that way.
BUT, this also means that I've got a chance of going to Cambodia :D!
Angkor Wat! If I do get to see Angkor Wat, that'll be one dream down, 99 more to go!
Oh, school. I do not wanna go back!
The stress, the rush, the sleepless nights, the infuriating tutorials, the rejection of concepts, the inability to speak proper English (by our educators), the packed carpark, the early mornings, the Saturday group meetings, the rapid lost of cheek weight, the endless model board scraps collecting in my house, UHU glue fingers, pimples and more sudden unconsciousness at night.
Not something to look forward to.
I'm reverting back to my old sef!
I'm re-becoming an introvert!
Oh maan.
But, there's some comfort in this.. :) Though, I never liked being an introvert (not one bit) but I've always been one and will apparently, continue being one. It's just something I do SO well!

Pass the watergun
Aliens attacked the city while I was sleeping and now I'm being called a coward cause I didn't save them.
Seriously, people in The Sims are so critical about everything.
(You have to blast the aliens with a watergun to vanquish them)
I might be coming down with something.. again.
I had to follow my parents out to Ikea just now and I did not feel well at all. I couldn't even walk straight. I did not have an appetite for lunch OR dinner and I'm just feeling weak.
Erk.
That sucks.
Oh, Rye-chan. I read Ningyou Kyuutei Gakudan. Looks promising, eh?
Doesn't Lucille remind you a little of Ludwig?
Claireeey, I'm sorry for complicating our dinner plan.
I really am...
I was up last night re-reading all my manga in my manga folder (It's almost 13GB!!) and let me tell you, reading yaoi manga to Oingo Boingo might not be the best idea I've had.
Favourite yaoi manga is still Ikoku Irokoi Romantan. I have no idea why. Maybe cause it's hilarious. Talking about that, is the second OVA out yet?!
Oh Lord, my temperature seems to have increased.
Where is that damn thermometer when I need it??

Lots of unrest at the moment, I would say.
Yet, surprisingly, among all the hype about takeovers and MPs jumping over, there ARE people who are blissfully ignorant to all this. How can you be so ignorant when you live in the country? That's something I shall never understand. I'd like to know what's going on in my country.
Anyway, I may not have political preferences but I'm not very happy about the recent ISA arrests. Even if the accusations against YB Teresa Kok is true, how does 'complaining about the noise from the mosques in the morning' become a threat to national security?? Unless it's the noise that is keeping us safe from harm and uniting us as a country. Normally, I'd be quiet about things like this but I honestly do not see the sense in this.
Back to playing The Sims.
Maybe being ignorant is better for my blood pressure.
And I'm not even 20 yet. (One more month, oh maaan)

Why?!
The stupid game gets stuck at the Train Graveyard scene!
Argh!!! I've re-started so many times and I can only hear the music but don't see anything.
I'm tearing my hair out in frustration.
While cursing my computer, I watched my brother play Crisis Core. He has beaten Sephiroth. I'm very angry at him for doing so. Genesis is hot, yo. He looks EXACTLY like Gackt. I told my brother and he didn't believe me. So, I brought out my sister's big ass Gackt picture and showed him. He compared his PSP and the picture and exclaimed 'Holy SHIT!'. I told you so!
Stupid FF7. Meanwhile, I'll play my FF4. Cecil needs to save Rosa.
My brother is getting mushy over Zack and Aerith/Aeris. He finds their little romance so cute.
Bro: You know, at tuition just now, my teacher was reading out the questions from my friend's paper cause he didn't attend. Then, there was this question that went something like 'What's the difference between petrol engines and diesel engines, okay... You know what my friend answered?
Lyd: No. What?
Bro: Petrol price...
Lyd: -_-" Is this for science?
Bro: Yes.
His friends are very 'lol'.
I'm very bothered over my non-working FF7. I hope I can blame it on my brother's CD but the emulator's 'MSDOS' thing that runs behind the main window keeps saying error about something. Holy crap. I'll go around and see if I'm the only one facing this problem.
I made scones today.... again.
My Mum is on a quest to make succesful scones.
With me in tow.
Mostly, I do the dirty work and she pours the milk in and supervises.
Okay, time to fix my PS2 emulator. :D
See if I can steal my brother's games.
I think I may save up for only the PSP (Since I'm halfway there).
Since the only reason why I want the PS3 is for FF13.
[She Wants Revenge's Monologue's bass lines make me wanna dance!]
(I wanna read Undead and Unappreciated. And I hope my sister would be done with Undead and Unwed quick cause I wanna re-read it.)
{Why can't FF7 work?! T___T}

I went to Klang with Claireeey and Ah Tung today! :D But, I will not go into detail for there is no time! I've configured the memory cards for my PS Emulator and there is no time for details on Klang when there's the entire first CD of FF7 to conquer! Muahahaha!
I hope my brother finds the second and third CD or I'll murder his ass.
Dad came home from Cambodia. He said if all goes well, we can go there for holiday sometime :)
Angkor Wat, here I come!!!!!!!!!
And, I asked him 'Did you see Angkor Wat?!?!' and he attempted a joke and asked 'Angkor WHO?'. I hope you get it cause it took me awhile. Anyway, he didn't cause my Dad could not be bothered about history.
Now, Cloud needs to do some butt-whipping on some Shinra ass!
[Should I save up for a PSP or a PS3?!]

And it happens again...
I think I just broke a personal record of tossing in bed for 5 hours.
I decided to lug myself downstairs (Ivan, phone, DS and body.. we're almost attached) cause I heard my Mum moving about. It was 4:30 AM. My Dad was leaving for Cambodia. Lucky person! Anyway, everytime my Dad sees me awake BEFORE 12PM, he always asks me 'What's wrong?' in a you-need-therapy-oh-no way. Which is a little rich coming from him since we inherited it from him.
I've moved on in FFIV!!! I've been stuck at the three stupid monsters for a week now and just now, while watching TV, I decided to give it another try. As Tellah was using Break on the monsters and defeating them I was jumping around shouting 'YES! TAKE THAT BLOCKHEADS!!!!!!!!!'. My grandmother whacked me and called me crazy.
Talking about my grandmother, as I was heading upstairs for my mid-afternoon bath, I shoved Ivan under her arm and said "Ivan loves you" and she responded by wrapping her arms around him and refused to let go. I didn't wanna pull so hard so I did my best impersonation of a whine and said 'Let him gooooo.. I wanna go bathe' and she told me 'Yeah, you go and I'll bathe Ivan'. Then, she laughed at my face and gave him back.
I swear, people mess with me just to laugh at me. Lol?
I'm sleepy. *yawn yawn*
My stupid brother got Crisis Core from his friend and I thought he was gonna let me play but turns out, he wants to play it. Sheesh. Then, don't shove it up my nose.
Urgh. I wanna play it SOOO BADDD!! I saw Sephiroth and I was so happy :D
(I'm not too sure why I saw Sephiroth but I'm pretty sure Sephiroth plays a part in the story... anyway, who cares, he was so freaking hot)
Lyd: Ooooh! You got it. Finally! No more tennis! *brings it closer cause Sephiroth is on screen*
Bro: It's my friends
Lyd: *clicks 'New Game'*
Bro: Nooooo!! I wanna play!!
Lyd: -_-" Then don't show it to me!!
Hmm, is there such thing as a PSP Emulator for the PC?
And also, does anybody know where I can find a working PS2 Emulator?
That's the closest I'll ever get to playing FFVII by the looks of it.
I swear to God, when you are VERY active and loud in bed, you should not buy a house with thin walls. I think my neighbours were going at it like horny rabbits last night and I could hear every thump and groan and moan.
That was NOT the reason why I couldn't sleep. Pretty sure they went to sleep after awhile.

I still do not know my results. Fantastic.
I found the file that went missing.. which I thought had the paper with my password written on it but contrary to my believe, it held no such paper.
So, I had to bother my lecturer with an annoying e-mail that I would've cursed at if I was a teacher.
Oh well, at least she sent me a positive e-mail back.
It just said 'See you on the 22 Sept'.
I think it's one of those Hollywood moments where you're supposed to wait and wait with sweaty palms gripping onto anything you can hold and when the page finally loads, the camera zooms in on the screen and that's when you should start jumping and screaming with joy.
Yeah, but who cares. I'm not in the mood for such planned festivities.
Well, there you go. I'm gonna have to run around like a headless chicken for another year. Oh, what joy. The only thing that makes me happy I'm alive during classes is lunch time.
On with my bitterness, is it me or is TVB dramas really annoying?
There's something about the way all the girls act the same way, talk the same way, same reactions to everything and the guys are no better.
I understand that they all go through the same training and all that but it's really annoying and, excuse me, very fake.
[I'm a little annoyed cause my Dad's watching some drama and the girl is yelling in this really annoying, forced way. And he has the TV turned up so loud, I can hear it all the way up here]
Another thing that's bothering me which I've complained about alot of times is the way people always tell me 'You seem different today, are you drunk?'.
If I would calculate the amount of times people have told me that, the list would probably be able to go round the world 8 times.
Firstly, no I'm not drunk.
And how boring would life be if you act the same way in every situation? You should be able to shake it up a little bit and be different and not have people go on and on about how different you are.
I always feel like telling them 'Why? Afraid of a little change?' but most of them are my friends and I'm not hostile to my friends. Generally.
Speaking of friends, I was deleting people off my Facebook the other day. I had people on it that I don't know about. And it made me wonder why they were there. Maybe the looked familiar at one point but at that point they didn't so I deleted them. I was kinda disappointed when Facebook told me that 'they would not be notified'. Think about it, if Facebook would notify these people, maybe they would realise that they can't expect to be accepted by strangers and STAY on that list. That's like overstaying your invitation.
So that's that and they're gone.
Well, some of them knew me but I didn't wanna know them.
And I didn't really know them anyway.
Yeah.
It's my brother's birthday today.
The poor old guy came home from school and announced that he lost his wallet.
What luck. Like, seriously. I felt so bad for him that I promised him we'll go out tomorrow night.
Anyway, my parents took him out to get him a new I.C cause you know, he might end up like that lady who got detained as an immigrant by blind and brainless officers. While they were out, my grandaunt calls me and tells me, no, demands, that I bring my brother over to her house without telling him a reason. Which wasn't easy because I think my brother smelled the gold which led to him annoying me the entire journey. And my grandaunt doesn't live very near. Anyway, among my grandaunt's ant infested rambutan trees, she gave him a red packet which was heavier than all of ours in the past put together. That's not fair! But, you know, it's not ALL about the money. (Just a little). Then, she produced one for my Dad (who's birthday is coming soon) and it was bigger AND heavier. I saw my brother's eyes bulge out a little.
Then, we came home and together, brother and I, we watched Cool Runnings.
Aaaah, I love that movie. I can watch it over and over again. Makes you wanna take up bobsledding.
Then, we had dinner (packed chicken rice from Jalan Gasing).
And the birthday boy had to go for tuition (hahahahah!).
When he came home, we cut cake! :)
Nut, Bangsar!! When?? I want a pair of new shoes! And hopefully, pants.
SJ, let's go out and do what we intended to do but my period got in our way. I hope you still remember what it was...
Shari, I haven't seen you in a LOOONG time.
Claireeey, KARAOKE!!!

Lately, whenever I enter my e-mail account, all I ever see are these dreaded alphabets 'FW: FW: FW: FW: FW:' and seriously, I don't care much for forwarded e-mails. If it's jokes, amazing art, or things that are extraordinary and you just feel this urgent need to let the world know about it then, by all means, forward the damn e-mail to me and I'll decide to read it.
If it's political propaganda (leftist or rightist), religious things (stuff like 'if you don't pass this on you're denying God), things that are created to make you mindlessly pass on a stupid e-mail (ie. 'My child is dying of cancer and I get 5 cents for every person who receives this).. DON'T BOTHER. Seriously, nothing pisses me off than crap like that.
Number 1: I have NO political preferences cause I'm absolutely NOT interested in politics. I read up and I know what's going on and I don't need YOU to send me shit with your opinions and views on it. I have my own and I don't care what yours is.
Number 2: I won't pass on a measly e-mail to prove that I'm Christian or that I love God. I believe there are better and more meaningful ways to love God than 'forwarding an e-mail' to my friends who are mostly free-thinkers or of other religions.
Number 3: You really think there's a child dying somewhere and the ONLY thing the parents are doing is passing out an e-mail? And worse yet are those that come with pictures. Nothing screams fake more than these e-mails. Call me heartless or whatever but that's my stand.
And for those people who I don't know but miraculously have my e-mail (meaning those people that I've met once and I never talked to again), stop sending me mail. Please.
If you couldn't be bothered to check who you're forwarding mail too, please do me a favor and delete me off your mailing list.
Anyway, if you're reading this blog means you have miraculously obtained my URL from somewhere, stop reading now too.
I have no idea how many anonymous readers I have on this damn thing and I don't really care.
Just back off.
Now that everybody knows I'm annoyed at the countless e-mails I get everyday, I've got good news for MYSELF that I need to mention.
IT'S NOT DENGGI/DENGGUE/THEFEVERYOUGETFROMMOSQUITOES!
My temperature has been 37C for the whole day and I feel better than ever.
Yippee. No blood tests! NO NEEDLES.
(That was my main concern, really)
And another annoying thing that has bugged me since last night...
I got to the furthest level that I've ever managed in Metal Slug 2 and I DIED!!!!
ARGH!!!

Oh maaaaaaaan!
When I thought it was just a simple flu, it turns out to be a lil more complicated than that.
I saw a doctor yesterday and he did the same old procedure. Unfortunately, he didn't see anything wrong with me but I felt like crap.
THEN~ He said the one thing I feared the MOST. 'Check into a hospital'.
Well, it wasn't really a 'do it now or you'll die' it was more of a 'in the event of this, do this'.
This is how it went.
He said, "I can't find anything wrong with you right now but you should constantly check your temperature every hour or two. If the fever doesn't subside in two days and no flu symptoms emerge, you should take a blood test and check for denggue. If the test comes up negative but you're still having the feverish feeling, you should check yourself into a hospital and let them check for fevers of unknown origin".
I think I was staring at him like a dead fish.
And then he chuckles and says "But you don't have to think too far into the possibilities, I'm just saying this MAY happen so be aware"
I was still staring at him.
He got me at blood test.
Do you have any idea what happened the last time I had a blood test?
I think it took the nurse an hour to get the needle into my skin because I kept pulling away everytime she brought out the syringe.

Let me blog about last night since I didn't do much today.
We finally had our Japanese buffet that Claireeey and I planned at the beginning of work.
So, here's how it goes.
I returned from Ipoh at 4PM and immediately started getting ready.
I receive a message from Claireeey saying that we are all meeting at 6:30PM.
Since I was picking Claireeey up, I rushed a little.
I go over to her house at around 6PM to pick her up.
She comes walking out in a dress! Which is 'yaaay' cause I've never seen her in a dress before.
Then we drive off towards KL. It was raining and the cars were going crazy on the roads (as they always do). I parked in Pavilion cause I thought we were late (6:40 something PM) and I didn't wanna waste time finding the entrance to Starhill's parking (cause I don't know). Anyway, we should have just tried locating the entrance cause NOBODY was there at 6:30PM including the person (Raymond) who said 'Meet at 6:30PM'. Sheesh.
Claireeey and I visited the toilet and when we walked out we saw Ting Fung in the elevator.
We were waving at him like mad people and he saw us, went 'o_o' and then showed us the blasted peace signs as the elevator start going down. Double sheesh. He eventually came up again and joined us with our waiting.
I called Nat and asked 'Where are you!?' and she said she's waiting for Raymond who's not even in her house yet. So much for 'meeting at 6:30PM, huh?'
Anyway, while Ting Fung was admiring his work that is the DKNY store (He worked on the construction), Nat tried sneaking up behind me but I spotted her because Ting Fung turned and looked at her. Yay! I haven't seen Nat in a long, long time so it was nice meeting her again.
That's when I discovered Raymond is reading a book called The Art of Seduction. His form of 'self-help books'. No, seriously.
Anyway, we waited around for Raymond's darling to come but he couldn't make it so just the five of us went in.
And then MAYHEM. I cannot begin to explain or describe the amount of FOOD that was on our table! (Or the amount of coconuts at Nat's place). Once we started eating, we didn't stop.
Salmon, sushi, sashimi, baby lobster, huge prawns, coconuts, white wine, fish, beef, tempura, egg wraps, wagashi (Ray's), Haagen Dazs ice cream, chocolate mousse, green tea mousse, fruits... everything that was edible was on our table.
We were soo stuffed! But yet, we ate more and even more.
Piggies.
Finally after the last of the mousse was wiped off the plate, we sat back and basked in the satisfaction of a very good meal.
Then, we decided that none of us wanted to go home just yet, so we left Jogoya and started our usual bout of SS-ing. :D
We started out outside Fendi cause Nut wanted to go the toilet and the toilet was near Fendi.
(Claireeey, that is why we were SS-ing outside Fendi).
Then, Nut needed to go meet someone. After SS-ing with her car we said bye to her and then the four of us proceeded outside of Starhill and began SS-ing outside Pavilion.
Being complete and utter loons is fun.
I'm not gonna go into detail about our pictures cause it's too many and I'm not feeling too good.
Anyway, after all our loon-ing, I sent Claireeey home and I came home myself.
To Shari, I wore the dress Nut bought me and no, I did not wear anything inside.
This afternoon, I woke up at 2PM with the worst fever pains I've ever experienced without having a fever. I sat around and at 4PM my Mum decided to go swimming with my brother so they dragged me along. I swam a few laps before I nearly drowned.
Now, I'm just lying my limbs wherever I can find space cause they cannot hold themselves up. You do not want to know how I'm typing right now. It's a ridiculous scene.
I'm gonna go off to sleep very soon. Urgh. My body hurts!!
