... I finally went to 1Utama again, specifically to find my baby's toy.. They don't have it. So I dug out a shoe sale and bought a book!
My book is amazingly awesome.. it's called Building Sci-Fi Moviescapes.
Pretty much about the futuristic architecture in movies from the late 80's till 04.
They had Ghost in the Shell and I said "SOLD".
They had movies in it that I watched and said, "Damn, I'd like to live there" like A.I., Casshern etc. which is really the reason why I bought it.. not just for Ghost in the Shell.
Other than that, nothing else happened today..
Boring.
Got Joe Hisaishi's entire scores for Spirited Away.
Yippee... Although, the cover says 'yasashii piano' which means it probably won't be as exciting as I would've wanted it to be but it is nice music anyway.
The playing of Yuhki Kuramoto's Romance is going on great however, as easy as it looks and sounds it isn't easy to play on an expressive level. Expressing this song to it's fullest is probably the most challenging thing that I have done because if it isn't played with the right amount of emotion or the right amount of expression, it ends up sounding quite repetitive and the whole point of the song gets lost amongst my playing and it just ends up as another piece with a nice tune. The ability of the song to affect the people listening is important to me because I was very moved when listening to it... however, it'll probably take me ALOT of time to get to that playing level.
There's something wrong with my internet. It's amazingly slow and very frustrating.
