Rope round the neck and PULL HARD. No mess and kills fast.
2. What would be the weirdest way to kill someone?
Bullet shot to the head. In my opinion.. there is nothing to it.. If you're a murderer going for the satisfaction of killing someone, this is the most unsatisfying way.
3. How would you torture someone really evil (e.g. Hitler, Pol Pot, Idi Amin)?
Do to them what they did to their victims.. except we stop the torture before they die, let them recuperate and then administer another form of torture and then we repeat until we've used up all their torture technics and then we slice their skin off, bit by bit, collect their blood in a cup and make them drink it and then we'll let them die... slowly.

Tell everybody that it ends the day after tomorrow.. so while they're trying to run for it.. it hits!

I don't mess with children.

Conquering the world seems a little rich, no? Have never thought of it. Let's go one human at a time, shall we?

It's definitely between human and grass.. Nothing in between and it makes no sense to sacrifice the whole village... where else would you go for fresh supply of sacrificial flesh? Definitely the tens not villages.
11. You are a tyrant of a modern country and money is running low due to various social demands. Which do you abolish first, child care, health care, pension schemes, or the education system?
If I was a tyrant of a modern country, I'll launch a nuclear attack on another country and then when I win, I steal all their money.

If they're evil enough, they'll poison me and then fight to their death.
