Doing research is depressing me because one of my case studies is the Nakagin Capsule Tower.What a fine example of plug-in architecture but they wanna demolish it.
Why?
Residents said it's too cramped.
T_T Why? Gimme that tower and I'll live in it, anyday!
If you're gonna talk about that, I live in a capsule myself.. albeit an open capsule.
If you calculate the square feet of my computer's area.. it's quite capsule-y and this is pretty much where I live.
That is somehow deflating my confidence in my dissertation but it's okay because I'll still try my best.
Sometimes, I wonder if I'm aiming for another galaxy with my dissertation topic.
I think this is what Mr. Leong meant when he said there will come a time where I'll doubt my topic because of how theoretical it is.
I didn't think it'll come this early!
